What Is Proximity Key?

A proximity key (also called Keyless Go, Intelligent Key, Push Button Start.Keyless Access.Keyless Entry or Push-to-Start) is a device that authorizes a key-less door access and push-start ignition in your vehicle.
When owner is within the admissible frequency range, the keyless access key transmit radio-frequency waves with your immobiliser to open and close car doors and even to ignite the car engine having the key in the pocket.
30 years ago in 1998, Mercedes-Benz was the first to implement this system in their vehicles.
Today, motor vehicle owners can utilize push-to-start ignition and keyless entries on most auto motives and enjoy operations such as alarm, automatic door unlocking and locking, automobile theft countering protection, mirror adjustment and many more.
